Our datacenter provided us an update that their upstream provider was having an unknown issue. They will be providing us a full root cause analysis when complete. To resolve the issue, they removed that provider and service was restored. During this time, we setup additional failovers for more services to better handle this in the future. From our external monitoring services were available with an issue once every five minutes in some locations worldwide.

Our datacenter provider has identified the issue on their side. We have failed over to our 3rd internet connection for critical services.
